Welcome to the home of the Green Mountain Disc Dogs!
Green Mountain Disc Dog Club was formed as a result of the growing popularity of disc dogging as a sport in the Champlain valley. Our members (both canine and human) get together and practice and have a great time together! We have members at all skill levels and welcome all enthusiasts in the area to connect and have fun with the sport!
It is excellent exercise for the dog and a lot of fun for the human. We do several demos in the Champlain Valley and host several disc dog clinics from time to time as well. ATTENTION!!
Due to a miscommunication regarding a field reservation, we no longer have a field for the July 25th event at the Fieldhouse in Shelburne. As a result, this event will unfortunately be cancelled. Our next major club event will be the Vermont State Championships Weekend with Tracy Custer's Seminar on Saturday Sept 11th and the Stae Championships Competition at Shelburne Museum Goes To The Dogs on Sept 12th.
